The native Americans never lived in Sedona.
It was only used for sacred ceremonies.
This land has been charged with sacred work for hundreds if not thousands of years.

The paradoxically gentle yet powerful Sedona energy coaxes guests to open to the universe in deep ways beyond that of everyday life.
The combination of this sacred energy and the stunning beauty of nature in Sedona provides an opportunity for deep spiritual work and life-changing inner transformations.

Monument Valley (Navajo: Tsé Biiʼ Ndzisgaii) has been the sacred heart of the Navajo Nation since at least 1200 AD and is linked to their creation myth and origin story.
Some traditional Navajos believe the Diné Bahane'1 or the “Navajo creation story” and journey narrative was given to the Navajo people by the Holy Beings or Sky Gods.
A Holy being called Changing Woman is said have created the four original clans of the Navajo, and saved humans from the monsters that were destroying the Earth.
The stunning red buttes in Monument Valley are said to be the remains of the monsters destroyed by Changing Woman.
A visit to Monument Valley connects us with these ancient Sky Gods and the origins of humanity, thus facilitating an integration of the Earth and Star energy within us.
The breathtaking beauty of Monument Valley stirs ancient memories and opens our hearts to feel the love from our great Mother Earth.
The sweat lodge that the group will be experiencing will be held in Monument Valley, at the heart of the Navajo Nation.

While sacred work can be done in many locations, the combination of Sedona and Monument Valley work well together.
We begin in Sedona, where the beauty and powerful energy begins to stimulate the opening process.
In Sedona, we will begin to build the sacred foundation of the work being done at this retreat.
The combination of the Earth and Star energy in Sedona helps to provide a stable and integrated platform to begin the work.
As the group opens more and more, they can now begin to work with even more refined energies.
These refined energies will be offered to the group through the contact work and will deepen as the group travels northward to Grand Canyon and Monument Valley.

In Monument Valley, the group will have already prepared themselves for the deep work that will occur during the sweat lodge.
The sweat lodge will also help to ground all of the experiences during the whole retreat into the heart and the very depths of the soul.

The theme is the integration of Earth and the Cosmos within us, which parallels the integration of our physical selves and our spiritual selves and embodying it here on Earth.

Our souls are infinite and universal in nature.
One of the reasons why we incarnate into a body is to experience separation, but also to remember that we are never really separate from the universe.
It is a paradox!
Yet as we work with the Earth energy, we allow ourselves to incarnate fully, thus embracing the temple of the body and our experience as human.
When we then expand this work to the cosmic energy, we create a powerful balance within us.
As Hamón has said many times, “Only through full incarnation can we integrate all aspects of existence and then fully awaken to our true selves.”
This retreat will help to facilitate this integration process.

Lyssa Royal Holt has been a seminar leader, channel, and author since 1985.
She is the co-director, with her husband Ronald Holt, of Seed of Life Institute LLC and the SOLi School, an organization whose primary purpose is to assist individuals to understand the nature of consciousness and to put this understanding into practice in daily life – providing a road map to the process of realizing the true Awareness beyond the human identity.

Lyssa began her training and teaching in the mid-1980s, after having a series of UFO experiences in the late 70s and early 80s.
She was first formally trained as a trance channel by a well known and respected channel in Los Angeles.
The approach to her training was psychological in nature, because doctoral candidates at UCLA were studying the process of channeling as it relates to personality integration and development, and her teacher was part of the research program.
Because of this approach and her B.A. in psychology, Lyssa learned channeling from the point-of-view that it could be a tool for spiritual evolution as channels learn to work with their egos so that it would not interfere in the channeling process. This profound method of learning to channel influences the way she teaches the skill today – as a tool for personal and spiritual evolution.
While Lyssa still trance channels today, she also teaches in a consciously-connected state in which her higher awareness communicates through her “human self” as she teaches – a skill that has been honed for more than 35 years.

Lyssa is most known for her in depth explorations of the nature of extraterrestrial consciousness and how it impacts human evolution.
Her books The Golden Lake, The Prism of Lyra, Visitors from Within, Preparing for Contact, and Millennium, are classics in the field of channeled literature, as well as her highly-acclaimed Galactic Heritage Cards -- a one-of-a-kind set of 108 inspirational cards based on the cosmology she introduces in her classic book The Prism of Lyra. She also has an extensive library of audio material based on her work since the late 1980s.
She has been interviewed on TV and radio around the globe（including by the Discovery Channel, Shirley MacLaine’s radio show, and Interview with E.D. ExtraDimensionals on Gaia TV）.
She has appeared in countless magazine articles over the last 3+ decades.

At present, Lyssa works extensively in Japan and has done so since 1990. She also offers courses in North America and Europe as time allows. With the emergency of a global pandemic, it has allowed her to offer a lot of her work online. She also works from time-to-time with her husband Ronald Holt, combining her intuitive and channeling work with his expertise in the fields of sacred geometry, meditation, yoga and martial arts, and much more.

Lyssa is also a certified teacher of Taoist yoga（Korean Sundoh style） and a Registered Yoga Teacher（RYT-500） at the master educational level of 500 hours.
Over the many years of her work she has found that working with the body is a key element in spiritual evolution and growth. Thus, her courses often seek to balance not just mind, emotions and spirit, but body as well. No matter the course, whether dealing with extraterrestrial consciousness, yoga, or spiritual awareness in general, the practical application of all that she offers is of utmost priority to her. She lives in Arizona, USA with her husband Ronald Holt.

Despite the ‘far out’ nature of many of the subjects Lyssa explores in her workshops, students agree that Lyssa’s teachings are well grounded and profoundly useful in these changing times.

Ronald Holt began his spiritual training as a teenager in northern California in the 1970s when he devoted himself to a committed practice of Wing Chun Kung Fu.
This gave him the foundation of a steady mind, focused thought, and the ability to sense subtle flows of energy.
In the late 1970s, as a young man in his early 20s, he began his practice of meditation, even during his tour of duty on an aircraft carrier in the US Navy.
Once honorably discharged, he moved to New Mexico (USA) and began a serious study of esoteric spirituality, studying under a teacher and channel outside of Albuquerque.
Throughout his life he was always a natural channel. In the 1980s his diverse experience included beginning to receive information from the universe on the science of sacred geometry as well as working in Earth’s power spots. While living in Hawaii, he became a marine and field archaeologist, working for the prestigious Bishop Museum in Honolulu. This began his work with the Hawaiian medicine people called kahunas, which furthered his education and practice of indigenous spirituality.
His training with indigenous spirituality continues to this day, having most recently received apprentice training from a Navajo medicine man.

Ron was also certified as a teacher of Taoist yoga (Korean Sundoh style), and has trained in Hatha yoga at the master educational level of 500 hours.
Today, he combines his training in the internal martial arts, meditation, yoga, sacred geometry, and archaeology with his unique methods to work with opening the human heart.
His workshops (sometimes together with wife Lyssa Royal Holt) are inspiring, life-changing, and totally unique.
Ron has often given workshops in Japan since the 1990s and currently offers classes and workshops (frequently on Zoom) on a variety of topics including his original teachings called Quantum Navigation, meditation, Taoist internal martial arts practices and yoga, working in Earth’s power spots, Inner Child Healing, and much more.
Recently he appeared at the Lemurian Life Expo in Mt. Shasta, California, and was featured in two episodes of Gaia TV’s series Interview with E.D, Extradimensionals.
He lives in Arizona with his wife Lyssa and works with students in groups and privately to help them truly feel their connection to the universe and apply that wisdom in everyday life in an easy, practical way.
