All participants must read and agree the following documents before applying for the “Integration of Heaven and Earth Retreat”.
By applying for the retreat, you agree and accept the following terms and conditions.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact to SJ or Club World before your application.

This is a meet / dismiss on site retreat.

However, if you wish to take the recommended flight to/from Japan, Club World Inc. will make the arrangements.
If you take the recommended flight, you will be able to get on the private bus from the Phoenix airport to the hotel in Sedona.

SJ staff member will be on board on the recommended flight.

•Recommended flight via Club World•

-Ticket price: 155,000 yen (tax included)
86,460 yen including tax, fuel surcharge, etc. (*Reference price: calculated based on August 22 rate)
Fuel surcharge changes every two months.
Surcharges will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of ticketing and the final price is scheduled to be fixed in March.
Please understand that if there is a significant increase in the fuel surcharge, an additional surcharge will be charged.

IMPORTANT NOTICE -If you purchase a flight by yourself

• In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled due to a lack of minimum number of participants, we cannot guarantee the cost of your ticket after purchase.
  We recommend purchasing tickets after the event is confirmed.
  The deadline from reservation to payment differs from airline to airline.
  Please check carefully in advance and make reservations and purchases at your own discretion.
  Please note that you will not be able to check in or board an international flight if the Roman alphabet in your passport differs from the one in your passport, even by a single letter.
• Please make sure to make arrangements to be on time for the start of the retreat as well as to the airport after the retreat is over and dismissed.
• Hotel meeting: Please check in by 21:00(9pm) on Friday, April 18, 2025.
  *Please let us know in advance if you arrive later than that due to your travel schedule.
• Hotel dismissal: Sunday morning, April 26, 2024 (*The itinerary itself will end with a group dinner on the evening of the 25th.
  Recommended flights will depart the hotel early in the morning of the 26th) Please notify us if you must leave after the group dinner on the 25th due to your schedule.

Please choose your flight with enough time to spare due to flight arrival delays, unpredictable traffic conditions, etc.

Please check the expiration date of your passport.
For Japanese citizens, we recommend that your passport be valid for at least 6 months at the time of entry into the U.S. Other nationalities are advised to check their own passports for entry into the U.S.

To enter the United States, you are required to apply for ESTA (Visa Waiver Program).
Please be sure to check and follow the necessary procedures by yourself.

You can apply for ESTA yourself via the Internet.
A credit card payment of $21.00 is required at the end of the application process.
For Japanese nationals, Club World can apply on your behalf for a fee (11,000 yen)

At each hotel, you will be accommodated in a room for two (or in some cases, three) people.
If you wish to stay in a single room, an additional fee of $1,400 (approx. 200,000-250,000 yen depends on rate) will be required.
Requests can be accepted only when rooms are available.
Please inquire if you wish to have a single room.

Breakfast and two group dinners during the retreat are included in the retreat fee.
All other meals are to be paid for locally.

Please note that the retreat schedule is subject to change based on local conditions and our best efforts to ensure your safety and what will be the best experience for you.

Please be sure to purchase your own overseas travel insurance.
Those who have not purchased insurance in advance will not be allowed to participate.
